Finca in Tenerife - Puerto dela Cruz - Studio 1

A romantic holiday finca located in Puerto de la Cruz surroundings (at 500 mts from the Botanic Garden). It has climated swimming pool / Sauna / heating / Telephone / Internet. The finca is 3000 mts2 big and there are 4 properties in it. A climated swimming pool can be enjoyed during cold days. There's a sauna and a nice place to get a tan. There's also a library where you can access the internet. One important point of this finca is the kitchen which allows you to make BBQ's in a covered place. There's also an exterior kitchen with enough seats that can be used free of charge. A great variety of fruit trees are planted in the finca so our guests can enjoy fruits, such as mangoes, oranges, bananas, avocados, etc. The studio 2 is 44 m2 big and it's set for 2 persons. It has a living room, a table with chairs for dinning, a sleeping area with 2 single beds, kitchen with electric stoves, extractor fan, fridge, bathroom, a furnished terrace and umbrellas.

The studio is fully equipped. For example: a bathrobe for every guest, besides normal bath towels there are beach towels also, bed linen, glasses, cuttlery, pans, a blender machine, citric squeezer, an alarm clock, iron and ironing table, hair dryer, fire extinguisher and much more. There's also satellite TV, telephone and internet access for your laptop. The satellite TV service and access to the net is free. The telephone rates are very cheap.

The nearest supermarket is located at 500 mts and opens even on sundays. There are also some restaurants in the surroundings. The nearest one is at just 250 mts away.
