This house is located in a neighbourhood called El Puntillo del Sol in El Sauzal. According to the statistics, Puntillo del Sol is the sunniest place of the north coast and that's where the name comes from. Both apartments are located at 245 mts over the sea level in a very quiet zone. Every apartment has its own terrace from where you'll be able to enjoy magnificent sunsets. There's also another terrace with BBQ area, perfectly furnished for enjoying a private party.
The apartments have a spacious living-dinning room and a bedroom. They are completely equipped and have all the needed applyances for the daily use. Every apartment has a computer with Internet access, satellite TV and telephone, so you can call home at any time at a real cheap price. The Internet and satellite TV servives are free of charge. Both apartments are the same.
