This bungalow complex is very spacious and all of the houses are separated and surrounded by a very well mantained lawn. It's located in a very good and quiet area. There are two big swimming pools and loungers to get a beautiful tan. You can get to the Troya beach in just two minutes and take the boulevard in Playa de la Américas for long walks. There are many beautiful blue bays and good places for eating.
¡Beach area! This bungalow offers everything that a tourist in Tenerife deserves. The kitchen is full equipped with all the needed applyances. The living-dining room is well furnished, there's also satellite TV. The bungalow has 1 bedroom and there are 2 single beds in it. The 2 single beds can be put together and become a double bed. The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe which makes it bigger. The bungalow has a very spacious furnished balcony. The property is perfect for those who want to get fast to the beach and access to the tourist offers in the area and at the same time enjoy the quietness of the zone. We have more properties to rent in this bungalow complex, all of them are the same size and well equipped but there might be some little differences in the colour of the furniture. For those who are looking for a great deal this apartment is really cheap considering its location. It's kind of hard to find a better value-price relation.
