It's a beach house, located in one of the most beautiful places in the south of Tenerife (Las Vistas beach in Los Cristianos). Due to it's location, the place is just perfect, next to the beach boulevard. There's only one house in between. Closer to the beach, impossible. This area is very demanded and that's why we suggest your to make your reservation with enough time in advance. This property is usually booked. Even the apartment is near the beach, it's a quiet place because there are no bars, discoteques or restaurants next to it, so you'll have very good nights. If you take a walk on the beach boulevard, you'll be located at just 400 mts from Los Cristianos boulevard. There, you could go shopping, have a beverage in the bars or just enjoy a meal in a restaurant. The house is properly equipped and also is set for handicapped persons. This persons have also easy access from the beach to the house.
Beach area! This wonderful apartment has two separated bedrooms, full equipped kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom. There's also a balcony which is perfect for having breakfasts outdoors. The complex has got a swimming pool.
