Studio near the sea in Costa del Silencio

This new apartment complex was recently finished, in november 2008 and it's located in Costa del Silencio, in the sunny south of Tenerife, at just 100 mts from the sea. The place has a beautiful area around a sea water swimming pool. So that's perfect for those who have alergies because it doesn't have any chemicals. There's also a small pool for children. The complex is very safe, so the children can't get out of it without permission from the front desk. Due to it's location, in a periferical area, there are not so many vehicles around the area so the rest and relax are guarranteed. As it was mentioned before, the complex is new, so the facilities, installations, the properties and furniture are first class. There are 70 properties in this complex. Half of them have ocean view and the rest have direct access to the swimming pool area. You can specify in your reservation request what you want or what you prefer. Sometimes it will deppend on the complex availability.

The studio is very bright and it's furnished with lots of taste. There's a fridge, a small oven and two stoves in the kitchen area. Some other kitchen applyances are available, such as coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, pans and some more. There's a shower in the bathroom. In the sleeping area you'll find a double bed, a wardrobe, a studio-bed a night table and a TV set. The terrace is also furnished.

There are many restaurants and stores at a short distance. The nearest supermarket is located at just 100 mts from the complex and there's also a bigger one at 700 mts away, where German and English products can be found. The restaurants are located just 250 mts away.
