This luxurious villa is located in a very quiet zone in El Sauzal. It's exclusively furnished so it will cover the expectations of the most demanding client. It's 300 m2 big and is set for 6 persons. It has 3 double bedrooms. The main bedroom has a wonderful and a spacious balcony. It also has 3 bathrooms with bath, shower and jacuzzi. Magnificent views of the sea and El Teide can be enjoyed from the dining room. There's a big table bar with a BBQ with seats for up to 20 guests. It has also a sauna and a gym and the swimming pool is iluminated, climated and is 9 x 4.50 mts big.

The villa is exclusively furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels and bed linen are included. There's a piano in the living room for those who love music.
